About
Who is zAAz?
My name is Zainab “zAAz” Turkie, and my Counter-Strike journey began in 2002.
I started playing during the early days of Counter-Strike and have followed the game through some of its most important eras — from Counter-Strike 1.3, 1.5 and 1.6, to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Counter-Strike 2.
What started as a passion for the game became a professional career spanning more than two decades. I have competed internationally, represented some of the biggest organizations in the competitive female scene, and won tournaments across multiple generations of Counter-Strike.
I've experienced the pressure of LAN competition, the preparation behind tournament wins, the importance of team communication, and the constant need to adapt as the game evolves.

More than just aim.
After more than 20 years of competitive Counter-Strike, I've developed a deep understanding of what it takes to become a better player. Good aim is only one part of the game. Game sense, positioning, movement, decision-making, communication, confidence, discipline and mentality all play a major role in reaching your potential.
I created my coaching service to share the knowledge and experience I've gained throughout my career with the next generation of players.
Whether you're looking to improve your aim, climb the ranks, become a stronger teammate, understand the game on a deeper level, or take your first steps toward competitive Counter-Strike, my goal is to help you improve faster and become a more complete player.
“I've spent over two decades learning Counter-Strike. Now, I'm here to help you learn it faster.”
