1. Data controller

E-sport zAAz AB, Org.nr: 559195-7930, Sweden, which operates the zaaz.gg website, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at info@zaaz.gg.

2. What we collect

When you book a session we collect your name, email address, booking details (selected dates, times and services) and payment status. We do not store card numbers; payments are handled by our payment provider.

3. Why we process your data

We process your data to deliver and administer your bookings, manage cancellations and refunds in line with our cancellation policy, keep accounting records required by Swedish law, and respond to your enquiries. Legal bases: performance of contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session are non-refundable.

4. How long we keep it

Booking and transaction records are kept as long as required for accounting under Swedish bookkeeping rules (up to 7 years). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the site (hosting, scheduling and payment processing), never with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Your rights (GDPR)
