1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of digital coaching services from E-sport zAAz AB, Org.nr: 559195-7930, Sweden, which operates the zaaz.gg website. By placing a booking on this website you accept these terms. Questions can be sent to info@zaaz.gg.

2. Services

E-sport zAAz AB (zaaz.gg) provides one-to-one Counter-Strike coaching sessions and multi-session packages, delivered online. Session length, content and pricing are stated on the booking page at the time of purchase.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is binding once confirmed. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your confirmation page and receipt document what you have purchased; keep them for your records.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Cancellations and rescheduling are made through the "Manage my booking" link included in your booking confirmation. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for having the equipment, game access and internet connection required to participate in an online coaching session, and for joining on time. Missed sessions without valid cancellation are not refundable.

6. Liability

Coaching is advisory in nature; individual results vary. The liability of E-sport zAAz AB is limited to the amount paid for the affected session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with the possibility of review by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) where applicable.
